Her extensive background in global health and international development is instrumental in steering Elective Africa's growth beyond East Africa, positioning the organization for continued expansion and impact across the continent.
Outside of work, Lillian treasures time with her family and has a passion for travel, always seeking out new cultures and perspectives.

A high-volume Level 5 referral hospital in a busy coastal gateway city, offering broad exposure across medical, surgical, emergency, maternal, and child healthcare.
The Mombasa Hospital
One of the largest private healthcare facilities on the Kenyan Coast, offering a multidisciplinary clinical environment with exposure to emergency care, internal medicine, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, critical care, diagnostic services, and specialist care.
